There was no cleaning service or towel change during our four-day stay. the room had a lot of humidity and there were mosquitos, but there was no mosquito repellent machine provided.

Additionally, I found the hotel to be easily accessible for someone like me, as a senior woman. The staff was always there to assist me with my needs, and there were no steep stairs or long distances to walk, making it convenient for me to navigate around the hotel.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is a more attentive and considerate attitude from the children working there. Although the overall experience was pleasant, I felt that at times they lacked the patience and understanding that older guests may require.

I always keep coming back to this place because it's perfect. The staff helped me when I had a problem with my room, even at night. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, leisure/TV room, and a shared kitchen. Ideal for a romantic escape.
